So now for the exercise! Come up with five questions you can ask yourself throughout the course of the day. An example might be, “How can I do my chores more efficiently?” or “What’s something new I can learn today?”
When you’ve come up with your five questions, create a list that is appealing to look at. You might want to laminate it as well. Keep this list with you in your binder, or on your mirror, and look at it often. Before long, the questions will become habit, and you will experience more happiness and fulfillment than you thought possible.
